Bailey McConnell

Research Analyst

Bailey provides research and analytical support for a variety of economic development projects.

 
Prior to joining HR&A, Bailey was an intern with the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Energy and Commerce, where she provided research support on various policy issues, including the role of cities in strengthening environmental policies. She has also interned with National League of Cities, where she helped develop inclusive economic development strategies.
 
Bailey received her Bachelor of Arts from Boston University, where she majored in economics with a concentration in environmental analysis and policy.
