Corey Hebert

Research Analyst

Corey provides research and analytical support for a range of urban development and planning projects.

 
Corey brings experience in residential and retail real estate development to his work at HR&A. Prior to joining the firm, he interned for Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield for two summers on the Real Estate Development team and helped develop mixed-use residential expansion strategies for current and future Westfield shopping centers. He also created and managed budgets for projects around the Los Angeles area, and studied hospitality expansion opportunities for the corporation.
 
Corey received his Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies with a focus on sustainable urban development and equity from Brown University. While at Brown, Corey served as the Vice President of Industry and Alumni Relations for the Brown Students in Real Estate Club and helped spearhead a panel connecting industry professionals and alumni with students interested in real estate.
