Gabriella Lott

Analyst

Gabriella provides research and analytical support for HR&A’s affordable housing, innovation district, and transit-oriented development projects.

 
Gabriella has a background in urban and regional planning and arts non-profit work. Prior to joining HR&A, she contributed to the multifamily impact studies and real estate research for the Office of Smart Growth, a development-focused department of the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission. Prior to this experience, she supported urban growth boundary assessments and countywide rezoning efforts as a planning intern in York County, South Carolina.
 
She received her Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies from the University of Pennsylvania, where she minored in Africana Studies.
