James is responsible for the improvement and expansion of the firm’s business development efforts.

 

James has previously led the implementation of the office operations, business planning, and technological implementation projects while also providing executive support to Chairman John Alschuler. Prior to joining HR&A, James served as the Assistant to the Office of Counsel for the New York City Department of City Planning. In that role he supported the Counsel in a variety of research projects and initiatives and coordinated efforts throughout the Department to facilitate the City’s land use review process.

James holds a B.A. in Urban Studies from Manhattan College.
