Kevin Clyne

Senior Analyst

As a civic technologist, Kevin helps cities use technology to improve services and engage constituents.

 
Kevin is a developer and web cartographer and guides the design and development of automated mapping and modeling tools utilizing ArcGIS, web-mapping platforms, Python, R, and JavaScript libraries like React, Leaflet, and D3. Through this work, Kevin supports a wide variety of projects in HR&A’s Urban Tech and Real Estate practices, including developing an automated economic impact model for WeWork and studying the geospatial impacts of local policy on New York’s rent regulated housing stock.
 
Prior to joining HR&A, Kevin worked in New York as District Planner for the Bryant Park Corporation and 34th Street Partnership. Kevin has also supported housing and environmental planning for the Office of the Bronx Borough President. Kevin is a member of Bronx Community Board 1.
 
Kevin earned a Masters in Urban Design from Parsons, the New School for Design and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Peace and Justice Studies from Fordham University.
