Sarah Kirk works with communities and community organizations to make smart decisions about facilities, policy tools and financing for investment in cities.

 
Sarah understands how land use and economic development policies shape real estate development outcomes. She has provided feasibility analysis in support of several multi-tenant nonprofit centers, and helped shape the development of campus plans.
 
Sarah holds a Masters Degree in City and Regional Planning from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a Bachelors Degree in Geography from Middlebury College.
