Tom Campi

Operations Manager

Tom provides administrative and business development support to HR&A’s Los Angeles office.


He brings several years of clerical and customer service expertise to help manage and maintain the daily operations of HR&A Los Angeles. Tom assists with the production of HR&A’s responses to Request for Proposals and other business pursuits to help cultivate urban growth and development on the West Coast. He also provides research and administrative support on a variety of projects in the L.A. office.

Prior to joining HR&A in 2014, Tom was a licensed sales representative at an Allstate Insurance agency in San Jose, California. He managed and maintained all business operations including accounting, marketing, inventory management, and technology. While at Allstate, he gained valuable clerical and customer service experience.

Tom holds an Associate in Arts degree in Business Management from Evergreen Valley College, and is currently in the Business Management program at Pepperdine University in Los Angeles.
